paper 1 = not much content. esp for letter writing manz. i dono what is 文化特色 for the first one and i cant encourage someone to like chi when i dont even like it myself.

morning walking to bball court that time got some physically-disabled aunty call me.
she say she found some keys then ask me go bring to general office announce lost and found.
and i did. :D lol a kind deed in the morning.

then played bball. i alr wore my pe to school. so i wont stink so much. ^^

err. then conv. mt, haiz jayi desparately tried to listen LOL.

went to JP with jayi to watch movie. :D
supposed to meet at JE mrt at 9.30am. and i woke up at 9.10. thot i would be the late one BUT JAYI REACHED AT 9.45PM roar.
anw i played my sudoku on my phone. see i made use of time. :D

then went to JP. wanted to book movie ticks first but the shutters for the cinemas was down. so cannot book. TT
anw first time i see the cinema close leh lol. :x

then chose to eat at LJS for breakfast. :D

wasted 2 packs of chilli sauce. -_-
and went for movie. no Hotel For Dogs!!! TT

lalala morning training made me hungry during IT!!! D:
roar but after that, isaac gave me 1 cloret. made me feel better. :D

then ms phoon say what will complain our class to the discipline board. TT
will have to do some punishment. dono do what la. haiz.

each station we need do continuously for 3min. D: hard leh.
i shall explain the 8 stations to you. :D

1st. is sth like push-ups. trains your arm muscles.
is like you lie on the floor flat. face down.
then put your arms beside your chest, and raise your body up, leaving your butt down.
then go down and up down up bla.
is veryveryvery shiok. ^^
cept that when i lying on floor that time i go open my mouth and breathe. -_-
then i think some dust flew in. cos i taste like salty salty de. EW.

thn next 2 stations is chest & side passes. :D
quite okay cept that we have to pass right after we train our arm muscles...

4th. jumping jacks. eh. do for 3min very hard leh. -_-
5th. some running. at least can run at your own speed. ^^ thn not so tiring. :D
6th did hob bob. er dono whats that. must go to push-up position, jump your legs in, then stand up. and drop back to push-up position again. haiz.
this one will get dizzy one. -_-

7th skipping. sian.
8th sit-up. sian.
then had to do the whole 8 station 2 times, halfway thru coach see us all tired liao let us off yay. :D
we 1 and half hour nvr drink water nvr rest leh. -_-
and we're supposed to do 5 sets LOL. heng.

then briefing. coach said now morning training hor. we need to run 2.4km. -_-
GREAT....
so now... every monday, after my morn run which is 2.4km, need run PE 2.4km trial run. WHATTHEFART.
and the first monday would be next monday!!! on jayi's bday!!! D:
