uhh. ok very long ago liao.
training was veryyyyy tough.
estella kena punched in the stomach accidentally by mamtha.
so let her be GS, relax abit. i be GA.
very tough sia. then just nice timing today want train swapping of shooters GA must run from transverse line to semi-circle for every pass.
then if i start running liao, if ppl nver catch/nvr throw properly/nvr block ppl properly/ then need go back and restart running.

died. and i fell on my butt. damn pain sia.
supposed to go safra with the guys.
calina pangseh me suddenly last min dont want go. then i also dontwant lo.
anyway i also very tired from training. :P
so went to buy textbooks with mum.

WAS FREAKING (im trying not to use bad words anymore. seriously) BORED AT HOME NO COMP NO CABLE FOR TV got hmwk but i dontwant do.
so i started wrapping my textbooks :D
then wrap 5 books liao, run out of wrapping paper -_-
so down there sleep on floor sleep until i really cant sleep liao then decided to cook stuff.
my house dont have the suck-in-air-from-stove thing so my mum tell me dont cook there ): cos the smell will stay on the clothes.
so i go grandma house cook. cook fried rice for me lunch. :D

anw way, it was nice. i was impressed with myself hehehehe.
but after eating still very hungry.

skipping was okay. sit-ups hor... woah my butt still damn pain from the fall on tuesday. ):
so do sit-ups very painful so i did push-ups.

i do until around 20 push-ups died alr. haha then i just do the rest by girls style.

TODAY IS THE EIGHTH MONTH ANNIVERSARY!!!
of my bday. LOL k i know lame. yaya but i like birthdays what.
i decided that i like the number 11 :D

netball was very fun today!
first did the run scissors-paper-stone.
lol our team lost 2:1 so we need do 100 sit-ups x_x
my butt quite okay le so can do liao :D
elaine and della very funny. della was like 'wa how can i lose to a sec1!!'
then played err. i decided to call it poison ball tap. :D
divide into groups, 2 groups play at a time.
1 group be catcher, pass the ball around to tap the other team. cannot throw at them.
the other group basically is to run. away from them.
my group got elaine siti lixian dahua.
alot good runners sia. including me. LOL.
i think we catch ppl very fast :D faster then the other groups heehee.
ohya yingqi said i did very well for the running part lol. need to twist body de if you want dodge. ;D
panted like siao but still fun. an ideal netball training :D train stamina and changing of directions and reactions.
see so many benefits. next time must play more.
ok then we play random match.
the whole C and B team only got 3 shooters. so when split into 2 groups, i was the only shooter in my group.
so diff ppl took turns to be GA LOL.

i listened the whole thing. din sleep even without coffee hehe.
discussion was very out-of-topic haha only 2 sentences said about it.
