training was... i wore my specs TT.
but starting match that time i tried playing w/o specs...
actually not bad la still can see the ball and person but cannot see facial expressions only.
this friday me no wear specs for netball HEEEE.

ohya and today i really really felt like i was on steroids sia.
you know those stuff that made you can exercise alot without getting tired.
after the 15min run, was tired la stomach cramp and shit but after awhile i feel ok liao!!!
then after 3 rounds suicide, k after each round panting... but after awhile okay liao i felt very ready for the next run ^^
wow i din know i can be within the 30sec mark. impressed with myself :D
then after running ball drills i see alot ppl tired i still feel okay leh.
ball drills was easy~~ seniors join us!!!!

hmm. maybe cos i ate the butter sugar bread for breakfast in the morning.
the sugar provided me with energy!
but i ate that ytd too... and i din felt energized during morn run.
maybe need digest.

then chi lesson lol the whole ke wen 20 de listening compre i slept throughout. i hate their boring tones.

sat nth much ba... ohya sunday went to binjie house with jayi moses to do sci project.
haha had fun messing up his bed and playing sims on his iphone!!!
hey at least we planned out what we doing.
his mum damn good sia cook dinner for us. so nice somemore.
think we going back next week. :D
