haizzzz netball making me damn tired and x_x
today just had training in the morning. in the hall. cannot on fan cos got badminton girls training. need close doors cos dontwant ball to fly out
so = DAMN HUMID.
all our shirts like fully drenched. ew.

did footwork. funny.
then defenders throw in~ being towers are fun :D haha.
game. played WA and also GS. hmmmm~

meeting for netball camp~ and went to eat lunch.

went home and had a second lunch of instant noodles and mango sago (Y).

ytd... extraed bballers' trainings to have a 'crashcourse' of bball as quoted by their coach.
lol he thought we all noobs, like totally dont know anything. then realised we know the rules and know how do layup then he stun. haha.
then teach us all the basics lo. fun. :)
i tried to do a reverse layup and he was like ''WA DID YOU LEARN THAT FROM NETBALL?!'' LOL.
ya practiced our new shooting styles~ defending~
yeejian after that come teach us jabbing. he's a lousy teacher :)

bathed then went to lib to slack with other netballers.
got to sleep on della's thighs!~ hahha
5pm left and went to SP. slack at canteen until 6pm. changed.

RAN 2.4++KM.
stupid la the track is confirm more then 400m per round lo!!! (we ran 6rounds)
OUR TIMINGS ALL LIKE. k mine is 13.57. -.- and im second.
best runner lixian also got like 12min+ only. she usually 11min.
k. at least i made it in the within 14min range. LOL ONLY 2 PERSON MADE IT. k.
sprinted the whole last lap ^^

ball drills and had game with yusof.
hmm we won.
played WA for 2 quarters.
della damn stressed during the whole game :/
charity so cool ^^

cool down is run 2 laps. 800m+ wa we ran alot ytd.
then had a loooong briefing. and changed and pack up.
left SP at like 9.30pm :O
dinner at clementi~ hehe. the coffeeshop so pathetic -.-

went bugis junction with peeps~
watched megamind. okay la nice. nicer then You Again.
collected the items i brought from blogshop too~ jacket and blouse. hmm havent tried the blouse yet but i like the jacket ^^
