legs on sofa hands on floor pushups : 20, 25, 30 = 75
tiptoes : 10, 15, 20 per leg = 45 x 2
45-degress sit ups : 30, 40, 50 = 120
whole thing lasted for 20min lol.
siao la my arm still aching now. so pain until i couldnt even do dips to train my triceps -.-
could hardly do 3 dips WTFFAIL.
i din want to train my thighs cos i think enough alr... hehe
wooooooo so long never work out le i rmb i used to do 30 of that push ups everyday -.-

at night went to vivo with family eat some steamboat restaurant celebrate mum's bday haha.
